Tonight, Elliott was in her high chair after a meal, and I started dancing and singing that ye olde classic song "I Like Big Butts," much to her delight. She kept squealing with laughter, but the minute I would pull out the camera to capture her hilarious joy, she would get super serious. Well, I ended up tricking her by propping the camera on the bed and pushing record. Since she had no idea the camera was on, she started her squealing - make that screaming - routine again. I am posting it on here for your own enjoyment, at the risk of embarrassing myself by showing not so flattering views of my own big butt (don't worry, it is clad in pajama pants!) Hahaha! See why I love my baby?

Unbridled joy!

Here's something else completely adorable and worth sharing - Elliott is giving mommy kisses left and right lately. She gets this big smile on her sweet little face, opens her mouth, and then leans in for the big moment. Then she plants her drooly open mouth on my cheek, chin, forehead, wherever, and leaves it there for a few seconds before pulling away and giving me another huge smile. Of course, this elicits kisses from mommy and then more kisses from Ellie and so on and so forth - it's a vicious snogging cycle! She tries to kiss Ryan, too, but his facial hair kinda gets in the way and she just makes a disgusted face afterward. (Just one more reason my husband should shave!)
