Our little girl is so darn cute. She's starting to enter that "monkey see, monkey do" phase, and recently our little family has been throwing our hands up in the air like we just don't care (hilarious when, a few minutes after me and Ryan's demo, Elliott's suddenly waving cheerios above her head). I've also been working with her on a new activity, clapping. She finally mastered it this morning after watching me keep the beat. Later, she was watching Jack's Big Music Show (we both love it!) and without any prompting she started clapping along to one of their catchy tunes. Clapping (Today)

On the mommy front, I am recovering from a bad allergic reaction to Proactiv Solution (I used to use it with great success, and I decided to start it up again since I keep getting these huge monster zits on my face.) Well, after day one of using it my face was on fire! I had red puffy splotches all over and skin that was so itchy and burny I just wanted to scratch it all off. It's been a few days now and the pain is starting to downgrade to mere discomfort. Hopefully by tomorrow I will wake up and feel normal once again. What a week!
