10 meses!

In the time since I last wrote, we have celebrated both our nation's independence and, more importantly (ha ha)...Zoey's ten month birthday!!! Things with our littlest stinker have been marvelous, despite a week of illness (roseola) and some continuing teething pain. Don't let her often serious demeanor fool you; she is actually quite the character, and she constantly cracks us up with her funny noises, slobbery kisses, and various attempts at communicating (via clapping, high-fives, head-shaking, and "speaking" - we swear she said both "hello" and "funny" the other day, though we simply cannot prove it.) Her favorite hobbies include standing at the coffee table and hurling anything she can reach onto the floor, spinning around in her bouncy swing, and imitating just about everything her big sister does. She also tolerates Elliott's shenanigans remarkably well; just yesterday she spent an hour giggling as Ellie threw laundry on her head (a nice break for Mommy!) Enjoy the many pics that follow:
